Hello Pals, 

Yes we have been away for a while a whole 2years is a very long period of time but a lot happened between and its been a rollercoaster, from pandemic to so much work on desk to travels to pregnancy to motherhood a whole lot. 

so anyway we are back and better!

Why, he asked, are women so often un- or under-represented in public forums? Are they reluctant to put themselves forward? Are they deterred by the adversarial nature of the proceedings? The women offered some alternative suggestions. Women don’t get asked, or if they do it’s assumed you only need one.
