Wow! Uti Nwachukwu chops of his Dreadlocks!!!

Former Big Brother Africa Winner Uti Nwachukwu has chopped off his signature dreadlocks.
 He's yet to show off  his new look but he shared a photo of cut signature dreads and wrote "Anyone have an idea of a centre in Nigeria that I can donate my hair to? So they can make a wig with it for a cancer patient going thru Chemotherapy and experiencing hair loss. Suggestions pls"

Why, he asked, are women so often un- or under-represented in public forums? Are they reluctant to put themselves forward? Are they deterred by the adversarial nature of the proceedings? The women offered some alternative suggestions. Women don’t get asked, or if they do it’s assumed you only need one.
